To access your saved projects, you’ll need to log in to your account.
If you haven’t created an account yet, please contact our team — we can check whether your design is recoverable.

Access your saved projects
Once logged in, go to 'My Account' and your saved projects will be under the account dashboard. Here you will see the option to 'Resume Design'.

Can I save my design and come back later?
Yes. You can save your design and return back at a later date to complete your design / place your order. There are no limits on how many alterations you can make to your design before you proceed to print.
How do I save a project?
You can save your design progress at any time by clicking the save icon in the top right corner of the editor.
If you’re working on a larger funeral order of service booklet or adding a lot of content, we recommend saving your project regularly to avoid losing any progress.
My project is not appearing under saved projects, what should I do?
Contact our team, we will look through our system and try our best to locate your missing project.
